Container/Tube: Universal Transport Medium (UTM), or Viral Transport Media (VTM) or Hologic Direct Load Tube (Direct Load).

Specimen: Nasopharyngeal (NP) swab, Nasal swab
Note: If using Hologic Direct Load Tube (Purple label) the Orange shaft is placed in the vial Do not use the White swab if so the test will be cancelled

Nasopharyngeal (NP) or Nasal swab specimen placed into a vial of VTM/UTM.
