Container/Tube: Universal Transport Medium (UTM), or Viral Transport Media (VTM) or Hologic Direct Load Tube (Direct Load) or ESwab.

Specimen: Nasopharyngeal (NP) swab, Nasal swab, or Oropharyngeal (OP) swab
Note: If using Hologic Direct Load Tube (Purple label) the Orange shaft is placed in the vial Do not use the White swab if so the test will be cancelled
