FoundationOne Heme is a comprehensive genomic profiling test that analyzes over 400 DNA and 250 RNA genes to detect substitutions, insertion and deletion alterations (indels), copy number alterations (CNAs), select gene rearrangements, and genomic signatures including microsatellite instability (MSI) and tumor mutational burden (TMB) in patients with hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.

Collection Instructions

For Peripheral Whole Blood
This requires 2 tubes. Collect blood in EDTA (lavender-top) tube AND PAXgene Blood RNA Tube 
For Bone Marrow Aspirate
Collect bone marrow aspirate in the  EDTA (lavender-top) tube only.

Transport Instructions

Ship at ambient room temperature
Peripheral blood and bone marrow aspirate samples must be received within 3 days of collection to prevent degradation.
