Container/Tube: Copan ESwab. EBBL (TM) Culture Swab Liquid Stuart single or double swab, Copan (Venturi) Transystem (TM) Liquid Stuart single or double swab.
Specimen: Nasal swab collection
Transport Temperature: Room Temperature

NOTE: ESwabs are acceptable now.

Collection Instructions:
1.Collect Nasal swab using one of the collection systems above.
2.Return swab to transport tube to ensure specimen preservation.
3. Label swab with patient's name, actual date of collection and the source of specimen.
4. Maintain sterility and forward promptly to the laboratory.
