This test provides a calculated likelihood (i.e., risk estimate) of identifying high-grade prostate cancer in men if a prostate biopsy were to be performed. It is intended to be utilized in men without a previous diagnosis of prostate cancer to determine the need for a prostate biopsy by their urologist.
