Specimen: 2 mL plasma ( 1 mL min)
Transport Temperature: Frozen Please send separate tube for each test requested-cannot share frozen samples
Collection Instructions: 1. If no other tube is drawn, draw a discard tube.
2. Fill tube completely.
3. Mix by gently inverting several times.
4. Centrifuge and separate plasma in vial. Freeze
