Result Interpretation
Negative AmniSure is an immunochromatographic assay for PAMG-1, an amniotic fluid protein. Detection of PAMG-1 in vaginal fluid is evidence of ruptured fetal membranes. Results should be interpreted in conjunction with clinical and other laboratory findings.
