Collection Instructions

1. Aseptically collect 1 mL of bone marrow in an SPS tube or Lithium Heparin tube. 2. Label tube and slide with patient’s name (first and last), date and actual time of collection, and type of specimen.
4. Maintain sterility and forward promptly at ambient temperature
Note: Specimen source is required on request form for processing.
