Biopsies of small bowel by endoscopy. Place two 5 mg biopsies of tissue on the wall of a small, tightly-capped plastic tube without any supporting media.

(Disaccharidase) Tissue collection kit (ARUP Supply
#64011). Available in Reference Dept
Specimen: Place one biopsy on wall of each collection tube without any supporting
media and freeze within 2 hours of collection. (Min: two 5 mg biopsies)
Transport Temperature:  Frozen specimen within 2 hours of collection.
