The anti-PM/Scl-100 antibody is associated with younger age, calcinosis and has lower rates of gastrointestinal symptoms, ILD and pulmonary hypertension. There is also evidence of a possibly better survival compared to the presence of either anti-PM/Scl-75 or anti-Scl-70 antibodies. |
