Methodology

The ThermoFisher/BRAHMS KRYPTOR® assay employs Time-Resolved Amplified CryptateEmission (TRACE) technology based on a non-radioactive energy transfer between a donor(europium cryptate) and an acceptor (XL665) in a sandwich immunofluorescent format using twomouse monoclonal antibodies.
